Mike Spiller
Managing Director, Veloor North America

Mike is responsible for all U.S. operations. Mikes’s brand stewardship and knowledge is fueled by more than 20 years in the advertising and marketing industry. In previous roles Mike led businesses like Danone, General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, Adidas, Toyota, and P&G. For MIke it’s no longer enough for advertisers to just convince a media partner to accommodate a “never-been-done-before” ad unit. Today instead, he thinks modern communications people are building ideas in the world. Mike is married with two children and enjoys traveling, the outdoors and any sport that includes physical contact.

Sophie Cole

Sophie provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operations functions. She manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies. Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit. Implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization. Sophie is in charge of following direction set by the Executive Team and Board of Directors.

Jeff Finn

Jeff is responsible for the asia pacific strategy for Veloor since 2005. Jeff believes the future is moving toward mobile brands which provide people with something of value. Increasingly, this value will come in the form of new ideas, multimedia involvement and mobile experiences, instead of ads, and daily interruptions. Jeff received his Bachelor degree from Northwestern University Graduate School of Design in 1996 with honors and Fine Arts. Jeff took the executive program of Harvard Business School in 2006. He is board member of different non profit organizations based in Europe and the US.

Sophie is responsible for setting up and managing strategic relationships and alliances with other, third-party companies. In these instances the companies may leverage each others' expertise, technologies or other intellectual property to expand their capacities for identifying, researching, analyzing and bringing to market new businesses and new products. Sophie focuses on implementation of the strategic business plan through equity financing, acquisition/divestiture of technologies, products, and companies, plus the establishment of strategic partnerships where appropriate.

Terence Chan

Over the last 15 years, Terence Chan has been working in the Hong Kong advertising industry for accounting servicing and strategic planning. He has been involved in different mediums like print for in-flight services as well as online interactive solutions with a wide range of coverage from local, regional to worldwide customers. Terence has been living in Asia for over 25 years, this experience provides an in-depth knowledge of the publishing and media representation business as well as a high-level contact with major clients throughout the region.

Cedric brings to the company more than 15 years of leadership experience in China, with proven ability in team building and working with luxury brands. Cedric has extensive knowledge of Chinese culture and he has lived and grown up in asia. He is fluent in English, French, Mandarin and Shanghai dialect. Cedric has managed talented teams to develop brand images upon their needs. He is managing now Veloor China and work closely with Veloor Hong Kong Team to ensure that our US customers get the same US standards for China.


Carrie Howard

Carrie’s job is to help insure that media, creative, and digital are working well together and to remind us all that we’re really working for the idea. Carrie doesn’t think there’s anything agnostic about media because when the idea is boss, it tells us where it wants to go. Carrie has built a career out of asking what we can add beyond paid media messaging. In 1999, Carrie was one of the founders of connection planning, a strategic discipline created in response to the digital disruptions in communications. Connection planning helps clients stand for something in the modern media landscape, which requires increased emphasis on brand behavior. Carrie is raising the bar for communications to extend beyond the niche of branding.

Paul Dumont

A true PR strategist, Paul has spent over twenty years in Asia. He has become a trusted name in the field and many local and international corporations have benefited from his solid know how, vast experience and, most of all, his honest, no-nonsense approach. Paul holds an Economics Degree from the University of Rennes and graduated from the prestigious Institute of Political Science in Paris. He first worked as a journalist for several years, after obtaining a diploma from the Journalism School in Paris (CFJ).  An independent firm since 1996, Francom Asia, with a strong team of professionals, has become the PR backbone of many companies in various sectors. An avid follower of international politics, Paul has become an astute observer of Asian politics, providing his clients with well-thought analysis.

Sajan has more than 18 years of web developement experience with numerous global companies, over 15 years experience delivering technology solutions, and 6 years of R&D experience. He has extensive qualifications in all facets of the project lifecycle, including initial feasibility analysis, conceptual design, technical design, implementation and deployment. He is a frequent speaker at international software development conferences. He is married and has two children.

Ted brings to the company more than 15 years of leadership experience in mobile development, with proven ability in team building and achieving cutting edge mobile software excellence. Prior to joining veloor, Ted held various positions with Texas Instruments, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Micro Components. Ted has extensive knowledge of telecommunications especially mobile network and transmission. Experience of .Net Framework 3.5, C#, SOA, WPF, WCF Knowledge of XML and related technologies, and experience of Agile Development.
